Two people suffered injuries as a result of a vessel grounding incident that occurred in British Columbia, Canada, on Sunday, August 3.

Local authorities first learned of the mishap at around 11:30 local time on Sunday when the joint rescue coordination centre in Victoria was informed that the tour boat Harbour Princess had become stranded after it struck a rock near Point Atkinson in West Vancouver.
