NWSA full exports up 2.2% YTD despite overall volume decline

The Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA) reported February 2026 container volumes totaling 207,725 TEUs, down 19.4% year-over-year due to last year’s cargo frontloading ahead of tariffs.
