Chapman Freeborn appoints new VP of Passenger

Chapman Freeborn has named Vilma Vaitiekunaite as Vice President of Passenger for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The move supports the company’s continued growth in the region.

Vilma brings over 20 years of aviation experience. Her background spans commercial aviation, sales, marketing, and corporate communications. She most recently served as CEO of Skyllence, a boutique air charter brokerage under Avia Solutions Group.

Before leading Skyllence, Vilma was Chief Communications Officer at Avia Solutions Group. There, she worked closely with the group’s chairman, helping shape global strategy during a time of fast international expansion.



Linas Dovydenas, President – IMEA at Chapman Freeborn, welcomed the appointment. “Vilma understands both our business and our clients,” he said. “Her experience in passenger aviation and her deep ties to the Avia Solutions Group make her a perfect fit for Saudi Arabia.”

Vilma has built a reputation for leadership, precision, and exceptional service. At Skyllence, she worked with a global client base that included business leaders and heads of state. She’s known for her ability to handle complex operations while keeping clients at the center.
