CMA CGM announced new FAK rates for the Indian Subcontinent to North Europe, the Mediterranean, and North Africa

CMA CGM announces updated Freight All Kinds rates, effective from August 15, 2025 based on gate-in date at the origin port, and valid until further notice.

The new FAK rates from the Indian Subcontinent to North Europe and the Mediterranean will be as follows: US$ 3,500 per 20-foot container and US$ 3,200 per 40-foot container.

These rates apply to dry cargo moving from Northwest India and Pakistan to destinations across the Mediterranean and North Africa.

The announced FAK rates include the Basic Ocean Freight and Bunker-related surcharges.

However, they are subject to additional charges such as Terminal Handling Charges at both origin and destination, peak season surcharges, safety & security-related surcharges, and any local or ancillary charges that may apply.
