CEVA Logistics completes acquisition of Fagioli Group

CEVA Logistics has finalized the acquisition of Fagioli Group, strengthening its capabilities in global project logistics following the signing of the agreement in December 2025.

With the transaction now complete after regulatory approvals, Fagioli’s approximately 450 employees will join CEVA, bringing extensive expertise in heavy lift, specialized transport, and engineered logistics solutions.

The integration enhances CEVA’s ability to deliver end-to-end project logistics services, covering everything from design and engineering to freight forwarding, heavy transport, and complex installation operations. Fagioli’s fleet of owned and leased heavy-lift assets, combined with its engineering and technical know-how, significantly expands CEVA’s offering.

The acquisition also reinforces CEVA’s presence across key regions, including Europe, Asia Pacific, and North America, particularly in serving industrial and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) customers.

This move builds on CEVA’s broader growth strategy in project logistics, following previous expansions through Bolloré Logistics and Spedag Interfreight, as well as the 2024 joint venture with Almajdouie to form CEVA Almajdouie Logistics in Saudi Arabia.

By combining Fagioli’s engineering expertise with its global logistics network, CEVA aims to position itself as a leading provider of integrated project logistics solutions worldwide.
