PFL Announces bunker adjustment factor surcharge

PFL has announced that the bunker adjustment factor surcharge, effective from 1st September 2025, and it will be as follows:
- For shipments from Australia to the South Pacific Islands, the BAF will be US$362 per TEU and US$21.29 per RVT.
- For shipments from Australia to New Zealand, the BAF will be US$155 per TEU and US$9.12 per RVT.
- For shipments from New Zealand to the South Pacific Islands, the BAF will be US$257 per TEU and US$15.12 per RVT.
- For shipments from New Zealand to Australia, the BAF will be US$250 per TEU and US$14.71 per RVT.
- For shipments from the South Pacific Islands to Australia, the BAF will be US$362 per TEU and US$21.29 per RVT.
- For shipments from the South Pacific Islands to New Zealand, the BAF will be US$257 per TEU and US$15.12 per RVT.
- For inter-island shipments, the BAF will be US$477 per TEU and US$28.06 per RVT.
Additionally, for reefers, the BAF will be applied at a trade coefficient of 1.5 per TEU of dry and the BAF for New Zealand/Australia to Papua New Guinea and Cook Islands trades will be communicated separately.
