ROSHN Group, Agility sign heads of terms for Saudi Logistics Joint Venture

ROSHN Group and Agility Logistics Parks have signed heads of terms to form a joint venture focused on developing and operating a large-scale Grade A logistics park in Saudi Arabia.

The agreement was signed during the PIF Private Sector Forum in Riyadh by ROSHN Group Acting Group CEO Sabah Barakat and Agility Chairman Tarek Sultan. The proposed project will be developed on around 1 to 1.5 million square meters of land in a strategic location with access to key national logistics corridors and major trade gateways.

The joint venture aims to support Saudi Arabia’s growing demand for modern logistics infrastructure. The partners plan to develop integrated, high-quality facilities to serve domestic and international supply chains.

ROSHN Group said the partnership strengthens its role as a key enabler of foreign direct investment and economic diversification. Agility said the project reflects its long-term commitment to Saudi Arabia and its strategy to expand world-class logistics assets in the Kingdom.

Both companies expect the development to enhance Saudi Arabia’s position as a regional and global logistics hub, while improving trade efficiency, industrial growth, and supply chain resilience.
