WNS joins DCSA+ to boost digital shipping

WNS has joined the DCSA+ Partner Programme. The move supports faster adoption of digital standards in container shipping.

WNS is a global business transformation company. It works with over 700 clients across eight industries. In shipping, it provides AI-driven tools for booking, documents, equipment, customer service, finance, and ESG reporting.

”Joining DCSA+ is a natural extension of our commitment to co-creating smarter, future-ready supply chains. Together with DCSA and other ecosystem partners, we aim to drive scalable innovation that is both AI-powered and human-led, thereby simplifying operations,” said Jaison Augustine, Business Unit Head, Shipping & Logistics, WNS.

”Driving digital transformation at scale requires adoption of standards across the ecosystem,” commented Mariana Bock-Losada, Chief Growth Officer, DCSA.

The Digital Container Shipping Association (DCSA) launched DCSA+ to speed up digital change. The programme connects tech firms, terminals, forwarders, and cargo owners.

WNS will help link shipping operations with open digital standards. The goal is to build practical, scalable solutions that reflect real-world needs.

With this step, WNS joins a growing group focused on shaping the future of digital shipping.
